Taylor Cnudde, M.A, Ed.S, LPC

I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Michigan State University and my Masters in Counseling from Seton Hall University in New Jersey, completing a post-Masters specialization in Professional Counseling. My professional trainings include certification-track education in AEDP, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and PACT (couples therapy). I specialize in supporting individuals and couples using the latest science and approaches.

I became a therapist because I'm genuinely fascinated by what makes us human, how our brains create patterns, how we get stuck, and how we can actually rewire those patterns to build lives with more peace and purpose. My approach is neuroscience-informed and attachment-based. For those interested, I am also trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.

I grew up in Michigan but found my home in Austin, Texas. When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll find me taking dance classes, thrift shopping, taking road trips and connecting with my loving friends and partner.

Every session, I'm honored by the courage and vulnerability my clients bring. I look forward to connecting with you.

My Approach

I integrate psychotherapy and mindfulness to help clients live more peaceful, authentic lives. Many of my clients come to me feeling burned out, anxious, depressed, lonely, or held back by painful traumatic experiences. Because healing happens best in relationship with others, I prioritize creating a warm, secure therapeutic connection.

My approach relies on the latest research, neuroscience, and psychological theory while being emotionally attuned, present, and genuinely caring. I believe the most profound healing happens through this combination.

As an experiential therapist, we don't just talk about your struggles. We create real experiences together that help you process emotions more deeply and create lasting change. This work opens a path to your truest self, where the most meaningful healing happens.

I love doing deep work with both individuals and couples. While we'll address immediate concerns, we also explore who you really are, what gives your life meaning, and how to welcome all parts of yourself.

My approach integrates attachment science, somatic awareness, and experiential techniques, and I continuously train in the latest therapeutic modalities to best support you. I'm committed to creating a safe, welcoming space for all clients. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, and supportive of non-traditional relationships.
